La serre is the diploma projects what i have presented on June, 18th, 2014 in front 5 architects and designers.

The building is situated in Languedoc Roussillon, to Paulilles, in an old site built by Alfred Nobel.

It's an old dynamiterie where the project is a vegetable restaurant.

The concept is to give the illusion to be outside everywhere where we are, even if we are inside. For that purpose, games of windows, covering interior floir and outside identical, spatial continuities, integration of vegetables outside and inside.

Thus, the project is a vegetable restaurant with a truck farming space to make our shopping.

The aim is to purpose to the customers local products. You will see all plans, photos, models necessary for the understanding of the project.
